A Reforma do Ensino Médio Brasileiro de 2017 e o Potencial Impacto no Material Didático

A Lei de Reforma do Ensino Médio, Lei 13.415/2017, foi a base para grandes mudanças na política educacional do Ensino Médio e resultou, em 2022, em diversas inovações nos materiais didáticos usados em sala de aula. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar as vertentes político-pedagógica das modificações presentes na Lei e os potenciais impactos da Lei no Programa Nacional do Livro e do Material Didático (PNLD). Para isso, a metodologia utilizada foi a de fazer um resgate histórico do contexto de proposição e aprovação da Lei e sua relação com outras normativas, seguida de uma análise de conteúdo da Lei. Como resultados verificou-se a vitória do campo político-pedagógico pragmático nas disputas em torno da redação da Lei 13.415/2017, a retomada das competências e habilidades e a visão de que o crescimento econômico deve ser o eixo prioritário da sociedade para o qual se voltam as ações educacionais.
